I have enclosed some pictures of my 1969 164, of which I am a second owner. The car has 128,000 KM and after buying the car in September 2005, I began the process of restoration. This included welding in new panels (thank god for Genuine Classic Parts), stripping the paint to the bare metal, and then building up the new surface. The mechanicals were all good although the Stromberg carbs still require some 'tinkering'.
To clarify, my 164 has power steering, no sunroof, no air conditioning, two carburators, and an automatic transmission. But it has leather seats!!
